Juniors and Seniors are invited to attend:



United Negro College Fund (UNCF) Registration Day Program



UNCF Registration Day is an event that is focused on registering high school students on the UNCF website as well as raising awareness about UNC  scholarships, fellowships and internships.



What:              Register with the United Negro College Fund

When:             Wednesday, September 19, 2018; Join us at Period 2- 3: 9:31-11:38 am or Period 4-5: 12:24-2:26 pm or 6th pd. 2:32-3:30 pm

Where:            Berkeley High School Library Computer Lab

How:               1. RSVP with Mary Jacobs at maryjacobs at berkeley.net<mailto:maryjacobs at berkeley.net> tell me which period

2. Ask teacher in period 2-3, or 4-5, or 6th for permission to attend.

3. Sign in on registration day to clear the absence with the attendance office.



United Negro College Fund Registration Day Agenda:

·         The program will focus on registering high school students on the UNCF website

·         The program will consist of a presentation on UNCF scholarships and step by step instructions on registering for scholarships.

·         The program will highlight scholarships that are specific to your region

·         UNCF will track student participation in the program for scholarship application totals and award totals

·         UNCF representatives will provide materials (flyers, information packets, brochures)



*UNCF administers over 400 scholarships and provide financial assistance to 10,000 students annually.
