Dear Community,

Please find here the entire 2014-15 Back to School Packet in pdf 
attachments*.  This information is designed to assist you with planning 
for the upcoming school year.

You will find the Registration and Orientation letter and important 
information from the Athletic Department, the Health Center, Leadership, 
Attendance Office, and the BHS Development Group. There is also 
information on Connecting to Berkeley High and an Emergency Card.

The Free and Reduced Lunch form can be completed online at 
https://secure.ezmealapp.com or can be picked up on registration day.

*When your students attend registration next week, they should bring 
with them the following:*

- Completed Emergency card
- Signed Health Center Release Form (/please note/ the form attached 
here is the most current version)
- Lock for their locker

- $5.00 to purchase a 2014-15 school planner (The price of the planner 
has gone up $1.00)

*Registrations times are:*

*Seniors* - Monday, Aug. 18

*Juniors* - Tuesday, Aug. 19
*Sophomores - *Wednesday, Aug. 20

10th, 11th, 12th graders are to report to the Jacket Gym.

*Registration hours:*

Last Name A-G  8:30 - 10:00

Last Name H - O  10:30 -11:45

Last Name P - Z  1:00  - 2:30

/Registration will be closed 11:45-1:00 /

*Freshmen* - Thursday, Aug 21

Freshman -- please report to the Berkeley Community Theater 15 minutes 
before the start of orientation. Each orientation will begin promptly at 
the time shown below.

Last Name A - G 8:30

Last Name H - O 10:30

Last Name P - Z 1:00

*First Day of School - Wednesday, August 27, 8:27 a.m.*

There is no "0" period on this day only.

* Digest subscribers to the etree do not receive attachments, please
