Welcome Class of 2018!

We are planning a warm welcome for you on Thursday, August 21 during 
your orientation. We want you to become a proud member of the Hive, 
sharing the same campus that is and has been home to so many talented, 
intelligent, and down-to-earth students since its inception in 1880.

During orientation, members of the Class of 2018 will be greeted at a 
welcome assembly in the Community Theater. Student Leadership will take 
students on a campus tour, to a club fair, and guide students through 
registration. Freshman orientation is a great way to see the various 
opportunities for freshman to become involved in our BHS community.

Students with the last name:

A-G should attend at 8:30 am

H-O should attend at 10:30 am

P-Z should attend at 1:00 pm

To be fully prepared for the day, check recent emails or visit the "2014 
Fall Registration" link on the main page of the Berkeley High website 
bhs.berkeleyschools.net <http://bhs.berkeleyschools.net>.

Here is a snippet from that page:

Incoming freshmen should report to the Community Theater 15 minutes 
before the start time of their orientation. Each orientation assembly 
will begin promptly at the time shown. During orientation students will 
have an opportunity to meet the Berkeley High School administrators and 
counselors. Students will also receive their first semester schedules, 
have their school photo ID picture taken, purchase an ASB sticker, 
purchase the BHS organizer for a cost of $4 (all students are required 
to have an organizer), have an opportunity to sign up for a locker, be 
given a tour of the school, and turn in required forms. Required forms 
are available at the front desk.
