[BHS Etree] VOLUNTEERS: Help with Exit Exam Nov 5, 6 (Tues & Wed.)

Berkeley High will be offering the second of five sets of the California 
High School Exit Examination  (CAHSEE) on November 5 and 6.  All 
students must pass both the English and math section of the the Exit 
Exam in order to receive a California high school diploma. This second 
set of the Exit Exams will be offered to juniors and seniors.

We are looking for parent volunteers to help proctor these exams.

Nov. 5th Tuesday - 8am to 11:40 (need 2 parents)
Nov. 6th Wednesday -- 8am to 11:40 (need 2 parents) _and_ 12:20 to 3:30 
(need 2 parents)

Parent proctors register kids for the exam, pass out tests and pencils, 
collect booklets, sort them, etc.  There will be an administrator in 
charge. Proctors are critical to this exam!  By having enough people 
check students in you will be helping start this important exam in an 
orderly and calm fashion.
