Berkeley High’s delightfully energetic production of the Broadway Musical Hairspray thrilled audiences last weekend.  Only three more performances remain—all at BHS’s Florence Schwimley Little Theater.  DON’T MISS IT!

Tickets are $12 for adults, $7 for students.  The box office opens at Schwimley Theater approximately one hour before show time.  Advance tickets can be purchased through Brown Paper Tickets, http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/238556.

Hairspray continues through April 28.  Evening performances are Friday, April 27 and Saturday, April 28 at 7 p.m.  There will be one matinee performance Saturday, April 28 at 2 p.m.

HAIRSPRAY has delighted audiences by sweeping them away to 1960's Baltimore, where the 50's are out -- and change is in the air!  Loveable plus-size heroine, Tracy Turnblad, has a passion for dancing, and wins a spot on the local TV dance program, "The Corny Collins Show." Overnight she finds herself transformed from outsider to teen celebrity. Can a larger-than-life adolescent manage to vanquish the program's reigning princess, integrate the television show, and find true love (singing and dancing all the while, of course!) without mussing her hair?
