Dear Community, 

WE are down to the wire.  Below are the remaining open proctor spots—this time with specific times as I finally have those. Please note, if you can do one of the afternoons listed as ET that means Extended Time for the student—not the proctors.  The ET in the afternoons will be finishing up a time and a half test which began, for the student, in the morning. 

If you have not yet volunteered for an exam, and you have a child talking an exam (or two or three), please try to volunteer for one that your child is not taking.  We are offering a huge number of exams and only by working together can we make sure that they are offered in a calm and timely manner that passes the scrutiny of the testing services which put together these exams. 

1. Monday, May 7:    	Afternoon AP Chemistry ET (ONE more needed) 11:30 a.m.                                            
                                    	afternoon IB Math HL (ONE more  needed)      11:45 a.m.                                     

2. Tuesday, May 8:    	morning AP Spanish (TWO more needed) 7:30 a.m.
 					afternoon IB English HL and SL (One MORE proctors needed)    11:45 a.m.                                           
                                                                         
3. Thursday, May 10 	morning AP English Lit and Comp. (ONE MORE)   7:30 a.m.                                             
                                    	afternoon AP ET AP English (ONE MORE)        11:30 a.m.                       
 
4. Monday, May 14:   	morning IB History HL (ONE MORE NEEDED)    7:45 a.m.                                            
                                   	afternoon AP Bio ET (ONE MORE NEEDED)	11:30 a.m.

5. Wed, May 16:      	morning AP English Lang. and Comp. (FOUR MORE NEEDED) 7:30 a.m.                                             
                                 	morning IB Economics SL (ONE MORE NEEDED)     7:45 a.m.                                     
                                 	morning IB Latin HL (ONE MORE proctor)            7:45 a.m.
