Comments

. Washing machines do not appear to be included in new building. Is
the infrastructure for machines in the stadium? If not, what is the
alternate plan for washing? One alternate could be a laundry contract

. Is there double locking doors between the restrooms and adjacent
team rooms?

. Several questions were asked about allocation space in the
stadium, including the planned location of the weight room in near future?

. The timing for a dedication ceremony was discussed.

. Later in the agenda, there were questions about Derby field.
Staff clarified that the land swap goes back before the Board tonight.
Staff stated that 3 different external entities must approve the project
(City, PGE, DSA) - the architect was at DSA today, although the Fire marshal
sign off will be delayed ( it has to do with the way parking is laid out),
PGE is moving slowly, but is not delaying anything. The third week of March
2013 is the new projected completion date. The district plans to award the
project on June 20, trying to overlap city processes

. Later in the Agenda a question came up concerning the Theater.
Staff reported that the punch list is complete and there will be a small
follow on project to complete ADA work and a few other items, including a
small curtain, a curb cut and signage.

Staff Updates

. G floor and paint project; replacing/upgrading g and a roof, and
seismic upgrade of G/C bridge.

Kristin tomorrow or early Friday. The site will decide on the accent color
early next week.

o working w/ pge - completion date pushed out a little bit - May 19th is
