Important Information Night for Parents of BIHS Juniors
  in Berkeley High School's Little Theater
          Tuesday, October 7th
                7pm-9pm 

Teachers and Administrators will brief parents on these topics: 
  
* IB Overview: Tests, teacher training, class titles, certification,
diploma candidates 
  
* IB CAS (Creativity, Action, Service): Your child will need to
complete 150 hours 
  
* The Extended Essay: What to expect 
  
* Course Selection: A review of the IB curriculum 
  
There will be a Q&A afterwards.  Make sure your question is covered by
emailing it now to: Ashley Milton, amilton at berkeley.k12.ca.us 
  
There will be a parent meet-and-greet immediately following. Please
bring one dessert to share 

Note:  Separate information nights for parents of BIHS Sophomores and
Freshmen will be announced soon.
