The first meeting of the 2008-9 BSEP committee will take place on
Tuesday, Oct. 7 at 4:30 p.m. in Bldg. D, the administration bldg. This
is a public meeting.

5:05    Select Chairperson

5:15    Select 4 representatives to the BSEP Planning and Oversight
(P&O) Committee
            First two meetings are at 7:15 p.m. Tues Oct 7 & Oct 28
            Malcolm X School Library - 1731 Prince St.

5:25    Select 2 representatives to Shared Governance Committee: 1
parent and 1 student

5:20    Plan for evaluation of programs funded for Fiscal Year (FY)
2008/9

        Assign members to visit each program

5:50    Approve Calendar of Meetings for the School Year.
