MARCH 6 (MONDAY)
Come hear the Berkeley High Jazz Ensemble and Combos at Yoshi's on
Monday, March 6. In addition to their standard repertoire, they will
be performing an original composition by and with BHS Alum and Jazz
great, Peter Apfelbaum. Each show will feature a combo and the Big
Band.  The performances are expected to sell out so get your tickets
early. There will be two shows: 8 and 10pm. Tickets are $15, please
call Yoshi's box Office at 510 238-9200 to order tickets.

MARCH 8 (WEDNESDAY)
BHS Jazz Combos perform at Anna's Jazz Island on the second Wednesday
of the month. Anna's is located at 2120 Allston Way.  These are
evening shows on March 8, April 12, May 10, and June 14.  Shows begin
at 8:00pm and are for all ages, $5 cover.

MARCH 17 (FRIDAY)
The Berkeley High School Jazz Ensemble and combos spring jazz concert
is March 17. Come hear what the musicians are up to. BHS students,
teachers and staff are free!! others $10 please.  We will have lots
of delicious food for sale before the concert and at intermission so
bring your appetites.  This is all happening at the Florence
Schwimley Little Theater, on the Berkeley High School campus. Tickets
are available only at the door, Box Office opens at 7:00pm.
