The Front Desk Volunteers are in need of reinforcements.  This is a
very ENTERTAINING job at Berkeley High.  Volunteers work 1.5-hour
shifts once a week (or every other week if they arrange so with a
partner) meeting and greeting the hundreds of visitors who pour into
the school on a weekly basis.  In addition, we answer student
questions, occasionally pick up the phone and do odd jobs that float
our way. You do not need to know anything about Berkeley High to
start--I will pass on all my accumulated wisdom.  But, while you can
start with a clean slate, you wont END with one.  The front desk is
THE place to find out how Berkeley High works: who's who and what's
up.

Below is our current schedule.  We REALLY need volunteers where it
says NO ONE. (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons) Where there
is one volunteer, we would like a second.  The mornings are very
lively, the lunchtime is tumultuous, early afternoon can be quiet or
action filled, and the last shift lively again.  If you have any
