[BHS etree] ADMIN: Help needed early am of the EXIT EXAM 3/15 and 3/16

On Tuesday, March 15 and Wednesday, March 16 all sophomores (Class of 07)
will be taking the very important California Exit Exam. Current 10th graders
must pass this exam in order to graduate from high school.  The stakes are
high for students and the administration wants to do everything in its power
to ensure that all goes smoothly. Vice Principal Rory Bled needs 15 to 20
volunteers to help check in the over 700 members of the class from 7:30 a.m.
to 8:30 a.m. on those two mornings.  In addition, she needs a smaller number
of volunteers to help collect and file the exams between 12 and 2 p.m. on
those same days.

For parents of 10th graders in particular this is a important opportunity to
make a difference in helping the exam go well. (In addition there is the
rare bonus of meeting all your child's classmates.) Please make an effort to
help. If you can, contact Janet Huseby at jhuseby at pacbell.net and let her
know which days and times you can assist with the exit exam.
