The Berkeley Athletic Fund (BAF) Education Series Presents:

*Mindful Sport Nutrition for Young Athletes:**What to eat, when to eat, and
how to hydrate for peak performance*

*WHEN: Monday 9/29 at BHS Library at 4:45pm-5:45pm*

Parents and athletes—join us for an engaging nutrition talk on how to *fuel
for energy, strength, and recovery. *Learn practical strategies for:

   -

   Eating the right foods at the right times to support training and
   performance
   -

   Staying hydrated before, during, and after activity
   -

   Recovering well for strength, health, and endurance

Athletes perform their best when they fuel their best! We’ll also talk
about avoiding common nutrition pitfalls and complications, including
Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs) and disordered eating.
