Dear Members -

Enjoy the last days of summer by dining on the deck and savoring  Chef
Marcia Bohan's wonderful entrees or Wednesday's Salad Buffet Special. We
have wonderful stone fruit now from Palamino Farms and both chefs are
featuring these luscious fruits with creative seasonal entrees, salads and
desserts.


The "Dinner-To-Go" entree for the week is Roasted Cornish Game Hen with
grapes, shallots and fresh thyme; served with fingering potatoes and
broiled heirloom tomatoes - $11.75.  The vegetarian entree is Lentils with
aromatic vegetables, fingerling potatoes and broiled heirloom tomatoes -
$9.75. Call the office to check dessert and soup options.  Call, email or
fax the attached order form to the office.  The order form was also mailed
in the newsletter and is available on our web site.
