*please consider this opportunity with your student:*

*Spring 24 DE (dual enrollment) with BCC*

Please see the attached flyer for our spring 2024 Counseling 57 class, *"Life
and Career Planning",* which is specifically designed for high school
students - we've had well over 500 HS students successfully complete this
course in recent years! This is a transferable class to UC and CSU (3

Open to students of all grades (9-12)

*What:*  Counseling 57, Life & Career Planning. Exploration of lifestyle
goals, including self-exploration and awareness of interests, passions, and
career personality traits.

*When:*  Wednesdays, 4pm - 5:15pm (January 24 - May 29) *Classroom doors
will open at 3:30pm for any scholars who wish to arrive early

*Where: *Berkeley City College

*Why:* Prepare for your future and earn 3 college units and high school
elective credits at the same time!

*Hybrid model: course includes some additional online activities, but no
mandatory zoom sessions.  Instruction and student success will be supported
by our Instructor and an awesome group of college Interns and
young professionals.
