Dear BHS Parents/Guardians,


Please join us on November 29, 2023 from 6-7:30pm in the Berkeley High
Library for an information night about *Social Media, Screen Time & Mental
Health. *The conversation will be facilitated by Rachel Krow-Boniske, the
BHS Wellness Counselor.


We will discuss:


   - The impact of social media on mental health
   - The effects of social media on adolescents’ development
   - Creating healthy (and realistic!) boundaries on screen time & social
   media


Spanish interpretation will be provided. There are stairs/elevators to the
2nd floor. Please contact rachelkrowboniske at berkeley.net with accessibility
needs or questions.
