[BHS Etree] AMPS: Seeking Parent/Guardian Donations for AMPS Senior Celebration

Greetings BHS Community,


Teachers of the Academy of Medicine and Public Service (AMPS) SLC are
organizing an AMPS senior breakfast on March 16 to celebrate the hard work
and accomplishments of our AMPS seniors. This breakfast will take place
during 1st and 2nd period, (8:27-10:34 AM) outdoors and on campus at
Berkeley High.


We are looking for parents and guardians who would be willing to donate
toward food and utensils for the breakfast. Items we are looking for
include breakfast burritos, fresh fruit, donuts, bagels, muffins, juice,
water, tea, hot chocolate, paper plates, napkins, cups and cutlery. We're
estimating around 60 people at the event.


In addition, we're looking for 2-3 parent volunteers to help us set up and
clean up. (8 AM - 10:30 AM)
