*COLLEGE VISITS*


*Virtual College Visits for BHS Seniors: Starts 8/31/21 and ends in late
October:*

College Admissions Directors or Counselors will be available to talk about
their schools and answer *students'* questions in their college Zoom
platform.


*How do students attend a virtual college presentation?*


Seniors will ask for teacher permission to be excused from class.

The students received a document to keep track of the college visits and
their teachers' signatures.

Mondays Late Start Days: 8:30-9:45am

Mondays- Thursdays: 2:30-3:30 if you have a free 6th period and 3:30-4:30
for all.

due to the surge in COVID-19 surge; therefore, we will work with the
volunteers in Zoom breakout rooms.



*CLASSROOM PRESENTATIONS BY COLLEGE COUNSELORS*


Ms. Hammond and Ms. Navarro will present an overview of the college
application process in Seniors' English classes.



*ADVISING APPOINTMENTS*


* When the presentations are completed, the counselors will be available
for 1:1 advising.  They will each explain how to book an appointment in the
classroom sessions.*



*DROP IN HOURS FOR STUDENTS*


* Got a quick question?  Drop in questions before school, during lunch, or
after school until 4:00pm.*
