*SENIORS,*
*COLLEGE ADMISSIONS NOTICES:*
Congratulations for your acceptances!!
*If you did not receive the results you wanted, please consider the
following ideas and make another plan with your counselor.*
1. Give yourself time to process your feelings.
2. Get excited about other schools.
3. Consider community college and transfer, especially Transfer Admissions
Guarantee (TAG) program to 6 UC campuses, CSUs, and HBCUs.
4. Find colleges with late or rolling admissions and apply now.
*See

New List Coming Soon- The National Association for College Admission
Counseling (NACAC) will have an updated list of College Openings for 2021
in May. This list will include mostly 4 year colleges that will accept late
applications for Fall 2021.
*NACAC: https://www.nacacnet.org/news--publications/newsroom/college-openings-update/
<https://www.nacacnet.org/news--publications/newsroom/college-openings-update/>*
5. Take a Gap Year and reapply next fall for Fall 2022. Work, volunteer,
intern, travel.
6. Appeal the decision if you had a mistake in the application or have new,
compelling information that you did not include in the original

will warn that it is rare to reverse a decision.
