This message is to* confirm *that the Grade Point Average (GPA) was
electronically sent to the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) as part
of the verification process for financial aid.
*No verification form is needed.* Thank you to Ms. Mellion, BHS Registrar.

*What is the Cal Grant?*
The Cal Grant is a financial aid entitlement award that does* not *need to
be paid back for students attending University of California (UC),
California State University of California (CSU), or a California Community
College, or a qualifying career college or technical school in California.

*What are the requirements for Cal Grant?*

   - *Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid* (FAFSA)
   <http://fafsa.ed.gov/> or *California Dream Act Application* (CADAA)
   <https://www.csac.ca.gov/undocumented-dreamer-students>  *by March 2,
   2021.*


   - Have financial need at the college of your choice*; *have family
   income and assets below the minimum levels.

   All students will need to ensure their GPA has been submitted to *California
   Student Aid Commission (CSAC)*.  BHS Registrar, Ms. Mellion, sent your
   GPA.
