Seniors, Welcome back to school in 2021. We acknowledge the disturbing
events and images of the week and offer our support. Please reach out to
teachers, counselors, or staff if you want to talk or need any kind of help.

Here is some college- related business to take care of when you are ready:

FINANCIAL AID APPLICATIONS:

FAFSA: Due 3/2/2021: https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa. Gather
financial documents like IRS statements from 2019, W2, bank statements, and
SSN.Make a FSA ID for you and a parent. Contact your college counselor if
you need help to complete the application.

college

Create student portals with usernames and passwords to check your
application status for all schools you applied to.To help keep track, use

Check your emails regularly and see the "to do list" in the portal. Make
sure to check spam folders.

MID YEAR REPORTS/OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS: Counselors will upload the most
recent transcript with S1 grades to private colleges in the Common
Application. No transcripts needed for UC or CSU, unless requested in your
portal.

 If you need an official transcript to other sites, please use the Official
Transcript Request Link and the Registrar’s Office will send an official
