Dear Berkeley High Families,

We are all missing sports right now! Many athletes accustomed to rigorous
practice schedules and fierce competition are finding this time
unsettling. To help our student athletes through this time, Berkeley
Athletic Fund (BAF) has arranged for virtual Sports Psychology workshops
for all BHS athletes. Time away from normal sporting environments is a
unique opportunity to work on skills that may not typically receive as much
attention. These informative and interactive online workshops present a
chance for athletes to practice sports psychology and mental training so
they can return to play with an enhanced skill set.

In order to reach as many student athletes as possible, BAF is covering all
expenses for this workshop series. Athletes only need to sign up here BHS
