*Interested in Student activism?* Come check out Students Demand Action for
Gun Sense in America. *We meet every other Friday in Ms. V’s  room C221.*
We advocate for common sense gun control, register students to vote, and
work with local organizations. Email: bhsstudentsdemandaction at gmail.com

*Save the Dates: Jackets ROCK the VOTE!* *PowerCalifornia and Alameda
County Registrar of Voters* will be on campus *during the week of September
23-27 *during lunch and after school to do outreach and answer any
questions regarding upcoming elections, the new voting system, and provide
the opportunity for individuals to register/pre-register to vote if you are
16 and over.  You will also learn about opportunities to volunteer within
communities as poll workers.  *If you are 16 and over please know the last
four digits of your social security number or have your California ID to
register. *

*When: September 23-27 during lunch and after school*
