ASB Leadership applications are open now and can be completed online. We
are seeking NEW and VETERAN candidates!

*Seeking Delegates for the Election Convention*

Students from all 9th-11th grade History classes will be asked to be one of
a few delegates to represent their class period at the 10th annual Election
Convention on February 26th. The Election Convention is a key way students
are informed about candidates that will be on their ballot in the upcoming
student elections. More information available from your history teacher in
the next week.


*Talent Show Auditions*

Calling all musicians, dancers, artists, jugglers, comedians, magicians,
and more! Auditions for the 2019 Talent Show will begin Feb 12.

The show is in March, so we are looking to build up a solid lineup to rep
the awesome talent we have on campus.

First time performers are greatly encouraged to try out!

Sign up outside the leadership office in the cafeteria for a lunch or after
school audition.

Black History Month events kickoff this FRIDAY at lunch...Be on the lookout

*Spring Club Fair*

Teachers and students are invited to attend the spring club fair (currently
registered student clubs) from 1st- 3rd period on *Friday, February 8* on
the campus green. The deadline to create a new student club has passed. Here

*Spring Open House*

Your family is welcome to attend and hear more about the semester
ahead on *Thursday,
February 7th*. This year, there will be a new format for the Freshmen
families, who will be able to attend a "showcase" to hear more about each
of the SLC's, learning communities. More details available from your 2nd
period teacher. Regular class periods will begin at 7 PM, but there will be
a U9 Presentation at 6 PM in the Community Theater.
