Here are events and activities that you should know about for the next few weeks!!!



Winter Holiday Meal December 14-15

World Culture Club Fair & Show November 29-30


On November 29, teachers will be invited to bring their classes to the BCT lobby area to learn from various student clubs representing a variety of cultures across campus. The fair will start 3rd period and continue through lunchtime.


On November 30, teachers are highly encouraged to bring their classes to the World Culture Show (dances, song, stories) to share in the cultural experiences of our student performers. The assembly will be in the BCT during 4th and 5th period.


Teachers, sign up with Mr. V at your earliest convenience.

Activism Fair December 6


The Activism Fair is here to raise awareness and help you collaborate with passionate student leaders!


Teachers will be invited to bring their classes to the BCT lobby area to connect with student clubs around politics, social issues, community involvement, among other timely topics.


The fair will start 3rd period and continue through lunchtime.

Leadership Applications for Elected Candidates will open up after winter break.


Be on the lookout for more information in January on how to be 2019-2020 Student Body President, School Board student rep, Class President, among other elected candidate positions.



Cap & Gown: Order by December 31 for the best prices


Achievers will help you with all of your graduation needs (cap/gown/tassel, rings, announcements, etc.) You can order your cap and gown on their website:

A few notes about cap & gown:


There is no color assignment based on gender, YET by default, male will be given RED and female will be given GOLD.


If you wish to change color, please send an email by DECEMBER 31st to info at achievers-inc.com


The Cap & Gown Loaner option on the website must be selected by April 1, 2019


All loan/purchased cap and gowns with graduation items will be delivered to BHS on April 15 and 16.
