FRIDAY, JUNE 15 schedule

9 AM ~ 11 AM GRAD REHEARSAL at the GREEK THEATRE (don't wear cap & gown, BUT pick up from Achievers Tent if you still need them)

11 AM - 12 PM PERFORMER REHEARSAL at the GREEK

4:30 PM Doors open to Greek Theatre. Seating is general admission and unreserved.

4:30 PM Seniors begin returning to Greek (MUST WEAR cap & gown to enter on SOUTH SIDE)

5:30 PM Graduation promptly begins!!!

8:00-8:15 PM Graduation should finish...congrats!

if you have loaner cap & gown, please return asap to the Achievers tent



FREE & ADDITIONAL TICKETS

·         Please pick up your free tickets from the registrar's office OR from the A-Gate box office THURSDAY!!!

·         If you need additional tickets, tickets will be sold by the Ticket Office at Zellerbach Hall, online at tickets.berkeley.edu<http://tickets.berkeley.edu/>, by phone at 510.642.9988, and in person (located at the northeast corner of Zellerbach Hall; enter the UC Berkeley campus at Bancroft and Telegraph).

REMINDERS for GUESTS:

·         There is a FREE SHUTTLE from BHS to the GREEK. Service is from 3:30 - 5:30 pm & from the end of the ceremony until 9:00 pm.

·         Parking is also available at the Foothill Lot, Stadium Lot, and other nearby lots for $7-10 per day.

·         Pick up pre-purchased grad tickets

Now until Friday 12-3 pm at Zellerbach Hall

after Friday 4 pm at Greek Theatre



What are we allowed to bring into the Greek Theatre?

You may bring in personal seat cushions, small food items, sealed water bottles, empty plastic refillable water bottles and small personal bags and backpacks. Everything is subject to search. We encourage that you dress in layers, but it looks like it will be a hot start to the ceremony! You may also bring large blankets and small umbrellas, while bicycles should be locked in designated areas.



What are we NOT allowed to bring into the Greek Theatre?

For the comfort and safety of everyone please do NOT bring in the following items: strollers (park strollers at the gate at their own risk), structured stadium chairs, tobacco products, alcohol, cans, bottles, ice chests, lawn furniture, weapons of any kind, pets, hula hoops, musical instruments, laser pointers, and skateboards. Strollers will be left a designated area your own risk. Also, please do not bring noisemakers (claves, pots & pans, airhorns) and banners that could block the view of other guests.
