Daveed Diggs, BHS alumni, and original cast member of Broadway's Hamilton will be the featured speaker at the Berkeley High School Development Group's annual luncheon fundraiser. The lunch will be held at Revival Bar and Kitchen on Tuesday, April 17 at noon.
Individual tickets are $500 and silver sponsor tables for 6 are $3,200.
The Berkeley High Development Group provides a broad range of funding to BHS including:
1. Free tutoring for all BHS students
2. Over 60 college scholarships annually to low income students
3. School supply stipends to ALL BHS teachers
4. Funding for BHS performances such as the Vagina Monologues
5. Financial support for debate and math competitions
6. College test and application fees for low income students
7. And over 50 additional, laser-targeted grants
