Attn: Parents of juniors and seniors. The health center has designed a
group especially for your teen. Right now, your student may be
experiencing: feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or even panicky about academics
and beyond. The stress and struggle is real. We have created a group to
help them self-regulate, learn to manage stress in a positive way and
communicate better with you! This group begins February 1st and meets on
Thursdays, during 4th period in room H215. Talk with your teen about
joining, refer them to the health center ASAP. Email, or call the health
