Thursday, May 11 is Bike to School and Work Day in Berkeley. There is 
an Energizer Station with bicycle repair planned next to Berkeley High 
School at Allston and Milvia from 7-9 am, hosted by the Berkeley YMCA 
and Performance Bicycle.

Bike to work and school activities on Thursday May 11 include:

  * 7-9 am. Over 20 energizer stations in Berkeley

  * 7:30 am. Berkeley Mayor and Council Member Ride and Bike Plan
    Celebration
    <https://bikeeastbay.org/berkeley-mayor-and-council-ride-and-bike-plan-celebration> organized
    by Bike East Bay. Meet at Hearst Avenue and Arch Street.
  * 7:30-9:30 am. Free breakfast at the Berkeley Bike Station Energizer
    Station, 2208 Shattuck Avenue.
  * 5:30-8:30 pm. Berkeley Bike to Work Day Happy Hour
    <https://bikeeastbay.org/bikehappyhour_2017>. Food trucks, beer,
    live music, and games for all ages. Car-free Derby Street at Milvia
    Street Bicycle Boulevard. Organized by Bike East Bay and hosted by
    Sports Basement.

photos from @CityofBerkeley.
