Hello,

This is a friendly reminder, that the first portion of the 2017 Spring PE Waiver (letter, proof of registration and signed waiver) will be due to the attendance office this Friday, February 3, 2017 by 4 pm. No exceptions will be granted to this deadline. If you have any questions, please stop by the attendance office, or email us at pewaivers at berkeley.net<mailto:pewaivers at berkeley.net>

Attendance Office Hours:

Mondays: 9:30 am - 2:00 pm and after school from 3:30 to 4 pm
Tuesdays - Fridays: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm and after school from 3:30 to 4 pm
Students may come to the attendance office before school, during lunch and after school only.

The attendance office is closed to all every day from 2-3:30 pm
