Berkeley High School 2016 Graduation

WHEN:  Friday, June 17, 5:30 pm

WHERE:  William Randolph Hearst Greek Theatre, UC Berkeley

*Every person attending, regardless of age, must have a ticket for
entrance. *

*TWO FREE TICKETS:*  All graduating seniors get two free bowl tickets for
the graduation ceremony.  These tickets can be picked up daily,
starting on Monday,
June 6, from 3:00-4:00 pm from the BHS Box Office, which is near the A Gate
on Allston Way.  Before they can pick up their tickets, students need to:

·         Complete a Senior Exit Report
from the College & Career Center. (available online on the BHS website
under Senior Information

·         Clear any book, material or athletic debts with Ms. Berreman in
D173 *during lunchtime only*.

*Students must show their ID card in order to receive the two free tickets.

*ADDITIONAL TICKETS: *Tickets will be on sale starting Friday, June 3, up
to and during Graduation--as long as they last.  Tickets will be sold
through the Cal Performances box office at UC Berkeley—online at
http://tickets.berkeley.edu/, by phone at 510-642-9988, and in person at
the Zellerbach Hall (cross street Bancroft and Dana).  *Limit of THREE BOWL
TICKETS per purchase for the first week (June 3-10)**.*

Box office and phone hours are Tuesday-Friday, 12 p.m.-5:30 p.m., and
Saturday-Sunday, 1 p.m.-5 p.m. CLOSED MONDAY!

Bowl Regular Price $22;   Bowl Reduced price $15;

Lawn Regular Price $8;   Lawn Reduced price $8.

*REDUCED TICKET PRICES:* Students who receive free or reduced-price meals
are eligible for discounted tickets. To receive discounted tickets,
students must first go to Ms. Jones in the Counseling Center to receive a
discount code. Discount codes will be available starting on Friday, June 3.
Discounted tickets are only available at the Zellerbach Hall box office;
they cannot be purchased online. The discount code must be presented at the
time of purchase to receive the discounted price. *There is a limit of five
tickets/student at the discounted price.*

*SEATING:*  All seats are first come/first served. There are no reserved
seats.  The doors to the Greek Theatre are scheduled to open up by 4:30 pm
for ADA seats first and then for general seating. ADA seating is available
upon request at the time of ticket purchase. ADA patrons may purchase one
ADA seat and one companion seat per disabled individual.

*PARKING*: There are no designated parking areas for students or families
at the Greek Theatre, even for disabled parking. The Stadium Parking Garage
is a public parking facility near the Greek Theatre. As a convenience to
guests who park closer to the BHS campus, there will be shuttle buses
running between BHS and the Greek Theatre.  Shuttles are scheduled to begin
at 3:30 pm, picking up passengers at the corner of Milvia and Kittredge
The last shuttle back down is around 8:30 - 9:00 pm.  It is also possible
to walk from the Downtown Berkeley BART station up to Greek Theatre; the
walk to the Greek Theatre is uphill and takes about 20 minutes.

*TIMES: * The ceremony begins at 5:30 and will last until around 8:00 pm.
