Are you a /BUSD Junior or Senior /who is interested in earning *College 
Units and High School Credits *at the same time!?  If so,_ PERSIST to 
College _may be for you!

BUSD is entering our 4th semester of PERSIST to College, a concurrent 
enrollment program with Berkeley City College.  Many students are taking 
advantage of this tremendous opportunity to earn college units while 
still enrolled in high school, and we have *spaces available for the 
spring 2016 semester! *This cohort program includes enrollment in 
several BCC courses per semester.

*WHO*:  BUSD 11th and 12th grade students

*WHEN*:  Tuesday, Jan. 19th, 3:30pm

*WHERE*: BHS Library Computer Lab

If you are a high school student who wants to start college before 
graduating from high school, PERSIST to College is for you. This cohort 
program provides you with a *focused transition to college.* Students 
enrolled in Berkeley Independent Studies or in learning communities that 
allow schedule flexibility may be eligible, with counselor approval.

If you are interested in more information, or would like to move forward 
with enrollment, please email Skyler Barton, BCC Counselor, at 
sbarton at peralta.edu <mailto:sbarton at peralta.edu>. *Students may enroll 
prior to the information session (this is ideal, as spaces are 
first-come, first-served.)*
