Berkeley High School African Haitian Dance Program continues the tradition of its annual winter dance concert by presenting "Power Within." The evening is sure to delight, surprise, and engage with performance of traditional African, Aztec, Haitian, Ethiopian and Mexican dance forms as well as more contemporary fare, including modern, hip hop, steppin, praise dance, singing and spoken word. With pieces choreographed by both teachers and students, this is certainly not a performance to miss! Support the arts and Berkeley High students as they breathe life into dance both ancient and modern, and bring new meaning to the phrase "Power Within!"
