On Wednesday, October 14 our regular school day will be impacted because of the PSAT and SPARK Assembly (Student Power Actualized through Respect and Kinship) happening that morning.

Because of this special day we will be running a modified "Monday" schedule as detailed below.

9th Graders:  Report to school at 10:00 AM for SPARK Assembly (location of Assembly will be announced soon)
10th Graders:            Report to school at 8:00 AM for PSAT
11th Graders:            Report to school at 8:00 AM if signed up for PSAT; if not signed up for the PSAT, 11th graders report to school at 1:09 PM for 4th Period
12th Graders:            Report to school at 1:09 PM for 4th Period
All students will be dismissed at 3:30 PM

10th Graders will receive a their copy of the Official Student Guide to the PSAT in their English classes no later than this Friday. All 10th graders will be taking the exam in the C Building. Every effort has been made to match teachers and students from the same learning community.

The 11th Graders have been arranged alphabetically and teachers have been assigned randomly. All 11th graders will be taking the exam in the M Building.

Students taking the PSAT can learn about their room assignment from their English teachers no later than Friday, October 9th. Students can also check for their names on the wall of the Berkeley Community Theatre by Friday, October 9th. We will also send a brief announcement to students through their student email account, detailing their room assignments.

A friendly reminder that there is no school for students on Monday, October 12, as it is a teacher development day.
