[BHS Etree] ADMIN: Clarification on Finals Schedule, Jan. 21, 22, 23

The previous version of the finals schedule did not include Friday lunch 
and Friday make-up period. Also, please note that the Prep Period after 
lunch is not required for students. During this time, teachers should be 
in their rooms and available to those students who need to make up 
finals or wish to come in for additional pre-final help. Students are 
free to leave school at 12:40 following the end of the second exam.

Here is an updated schedule:


*BHS Finals Schedule, Semester One, January, 2015*

*Wednesday, January 21 *

Period 1 8:30- 10:30 (120 minutes)

Period 2 10:40-12:40  (120 minutes)

Lunch 12:40 -1:20

Finals Prep 1:26-2:47

*Thursday, January 22*

Period 3 8:30-10:30 (120 minutes)

Period 4 10:40-12:40 (120 minutes)

Lunch 12:40 -1:20

Finals Prep 1:26-2:47

*Friday, January 23th*

Period 5 8:30-10:30 (120 minutes)

Period 6 10:40-12:40 (120 minutes)

Lunch 12:40 -1:20

Make-up     1:26-2:47
