BHS Holiday Dinner 2014

Berkeley High's annual dinner for the homeless and other needy families in
the community took place on Saturday, December 13th.The students raised
$3,700, collected cans, clothes, toiletries and other items, signed up over
150 volunteers and served over 300 meals. This event is a popular volunteer
opportunity at BHS, with students, parents and staff, and this year was no
exception. 

 

For the first time, they had to post a sign on Thursday saying that all
shifts were over-staffed and they were not taking any more volunteers.
