We are pleased to welcome David Villalobos as the Head of Girls Soccer for
Berkeley High School!

 

David Villalobos is a Bay Area Native.  He grew up in Fremont, playing club
and high school soccer throughout his youth and continued on to play with
the Cal State University East Bay (CSUEB) men's team.  David coached with FC
Fremont for 10 years and then 4 years for East Bay United Bay Oaks Soccer
Club where he currently continues as a coach.  He brings with him extensive
experience coaching on the High School level having previously coached Boy's
Varsity at Piedmont High School as well as time spent coaching at Bishop
O'Dowd and American High School (his alma mater).  David holds a Masters
Degree of Science from CSUEB in Exercise Psychology and Experience and
Practical Application of Sport Physiology and Psychology.  He also holds an
Advanced National soccer coaching license with the NSCAA.  

 

Girls Soccer is a Winter Sport and tryouts begin on November 10, 2014.  All
Student Athletes must have a completed and cleared Athletic Packet in order
to try out.  Packets are available outside of the Athletic Director's
office, at the BHS front desk, and online to download at the Berkeley High
School website on the Athletics tab:

Athletic Packets must be cleared with the Athletic Director's office during
lunch and after school this week, 11/3-11/7, at lunchtime and after school.

 

SOCCER INFORMATIONAL MEETING:

Wednesday November 5, 2014 

Team Room J109, 3:45 pm

All girls interested in playing soccer should come to this meeting!
