*FALL SPORTS ATHLETIC PACKET CLEARING, final days by appointment only*

Dates were set up prior to tryouts for timely packet clearing, starting 
in the first week of August and tryouts for the Fall Sports were 
conducted over a period of days. In some sports the tryouts have been 
extended. However, ALL TEAM ROSTERS WILL BE FINALIZED FRIDAY (some are 
already final).

Thursday 9/4 and Friday 9/5 the Athletic Director will be clearing 
Athletic Packets */by appointment only/*. At this late date those being 
cleared must have spoken to the Coach first. The Coach must give the 
name to the Athletic Director of who is approved to be added to the roster.

If you have spoken to the Coach (email list is available at the Berkeley 
High School website under the Athletics tab 
http://bhs.berkeleyschools.net/athletics), and the coach has passed your 
name to the Athletic Director you should:

1) Be sure that the entire packet is complete - all signatures, initials 
and a physical signed and dated by your physician - DOUBLE CHECK!!

2) email the Athletic Director for an appointment.

Many thanks to the almost 500 students who cleared their Athletic Packet 
and attended tryouts! Many teams are set and have started to compete 
this week!
