Thinking about playing a Spring Sport? Turn in your completed Athletic
Packet and get cleared and ready for tryouts!  

 

Pick up Athletic Packets anytime outside of the Athletic Director's office.
(All Athletic Packets for Spring Sports will be collected before tryouts
begin).  Or download at www.berkeleyhighathletics.org

- If you played a Fall or Winter sport and already have a cleared packet on
file you need to only fill out a new Emergency form and bring that to the AD
office to be cleared.

 

- Please remember that eligibility is based on your Semester 1 grades so
work hard to make sure those grades are at a 2.0 minimum GPA.  If you need
any assistance, please ask your teachers about tutoring or check in with
your counselor.

 

Clearing dates for athletic packets are Tuesday January 28-Friday February
7, 2014 at lunch and after school 3:30-5:00 in the Athletic Director's
office J207 (behind the stadium bleachers).

 

Pick up your athletic packet and fill out your forms, make sure you have an
up-to-date physical (medical clearance from you doctor within the year) or
schedule an appointment with your physician now!
