Beloved Cragmont Elementary School Art teacher, Josef (Joe) McClain,
died at the end of August after battling cancer for over a year.

Anyone familiar with Cragmont over the past 15 years knows about the
extraordinary art exhibits that have graced its halls. Joe was himself
an accomplished artist and it rubbed off on his students through his
amazing teaching, rich curriculum, creative ideas and college-level
detail to content, quality of supplies and approach to learning.

Please join us at Cragmont to celebrate Joe at the Josef McClain
Memorial Art Show on Saturday Oct. 5, 3:30-6:30 pm in the Multi-Purpose Room

We are collecting photos for a slideshow. Please submit photos of your
children's artwork inspired by Joe or classroom photos you might have to
artmemorial at cragmont.org <mailto:artmemorial at cragmont.org> . Include
child's name and age with the artwork, if you would like us to share
that information. Short home videos (phone videos are fine) sharing
favorite memories of Josef are also appreciated. If possible, one minute
or less. Please send you photos or videos by September 20th. For more
information: Susan Jardin, susanejardin at aol.com
