Welcome to the 2013-14 school year!  I hope everyone had a restful summer. 

 

There are a lot of changes in store for this year: the transition to the new
common core state standards, a new state formula for funding school
districts, and (of course) our new superintendent, Dr. Donald Evans.

 

One of the best ways to learn about them is by attending any of following
three community forums.

 

- Tuesday, October 8 @ 7:00pm: Frances Albrier Community Center, San Pablo
Park

- Thursday, October 10 @ 7:00pm: Rosa Parks Elementary (in Spanish), 920
Allston Way

- Thursday, October 17 @ 7:00pm: King Middle School, 1781 Rose Street
