[BHS Etree] SENIORS: Exit Reports Explained, Due May 22

BHS SENIORS:  SENIOR EXIT REPORTS are being distributed in senior English
classes this week.  Seniors must complete this form and submit the completed
version to the College and Career Center during the lunch period (M-F).

 

These reports are used to compile general statistics on the senior class and
to help with advising next year's seniors.  Seniors must complete this form
and return it to the College and Career Center by Wednesday, May 22 so that
you can be eligible to pick up your graduation tickets when they become
available, and, if you wish, have your plans listed in the Senior edition of
The Jacket.
