We are in the process of collecting college essays for the third edition of our local best seller—the Berkeley Book of College Essays.  As your student starts to hear from colleges please have them consider submitting their personal statement for consideration for the book of essays.  The book, first published in 2006, has been a steady source of income for the Berkeley High College and Career Center as all income goes to the center.  I KNOW there are lots of good essays that have been written since we last published in 2007.   

I would appreciate all submissions!  Please send them to me at JanetHuseby at berkeley.net
