Closed Session &

Approval of Agenda:

The Board approved the agenda, pulling Consent Item 5.4-C Approval of Turner
to Manage the Pre-K Expansion Project for discussion and moving Information
Items 3.1-I I.E.P. Compliance Report and 3.2-I Percentage of Students
Qualifying for Free and Reduced Price Meals to Presentation.  All Consent
Items excluding the item pulled were approved. Item 5.4-C will come back to
the Board at a future meeting.

All Board meetings are broadcast live on Berkeley Community Media Cable
Channel 33 and re-broadcast the following Thursday morning at 9:00 AM and
the following Sunday at 2:00 PM.
