BERKELEY HIGH SCHOOL CASH FOR COLLEGE FINANCIAL AID NIGHT

 

Date: Wednesday, January 23, 2013

 

Time:  6:30 - 8:30 pm

 

Location:  Berkeley High School Library

 

Berkeley High School Seniors and Parents/Guardians are invited to

attend this FREE Cash for College workshop.  FAFSA on the Web and CA

DREAM Act assistance will be provided, as well as scholarship and AB

540 information.  Spanish translators will also be available!

 

Students who attend this workshop will receive an opportunity to be

randomly selected for a $1,000-$2,000 scholarship!

 

Steps to be Prepared:

 

1.  Bring Student and Parent Social Security #'s (and Alien

Registration #'s if you are not a U.S. Citizen).

 

2.  Bring your family's most recent Federal tax forms like 1040, W-2,

bank statements, etc.  You will not have to reveal this information to

anyone, but you will need it to complete the forms.

-If your family's 2012 federal tax returns are not ready yet, bring

2011 tax returns for estimating!
