[BHS Etree] ADMIN: Spring 2013 PE Waivers

Students participating in an activity that has 20+ BHS students are not
required to fill out an individual waiver form. We have a new *group
waiver*for large teams/organizations. Please ask coaches to contact me
directly by
email elizabethjames at berkeley.net or phone 644-6209 for a form.

Students planning on completing their PE Waivers through the YMCA must
attend orientation. There will be an orientation for the Y immediately
following the Q & A session in the Little Theater tomorrow, Friday 1/18/13
at 3:45. There is a makeup Y orientation for students on 1/23/13 at 4:00 PM
@ the Y.
