PE Waiver Information

 

Fall 2012 PE Waivers are due Friday 1/11/13 by 4:00 PM to the Attendance
Office. Exceptions to the due date will not be made.

 

Spring 2013 PE Waivers will be available for pick up from Monday 1/14/13 to
Friday 1/18/13 at the Attendance Office. Students may only pick them up
before school, at lunch, or after school. There will be a Q & A meeting on
Friday the 18th @ 3:45 in the BHS Little Theater. This meeting is optional
for students, parents, and coaches. Students interested in completing their
hours at the Berkeley YMCA are required to attend the Q & A session.

 

New this Semester:

There is no mandatory meeting unless you will be doing your hours at the
YMCA.

We now have a group waiver form for teams of 20+. If your team has more than
20 BHS students on it, your coach may use one GROUP WAIVER form. No need for
individual forms now. Please have your coach contact me directly for more
information.

 

Technovation Challenge 2013

We are still accepting students!  There is a MANDATORY Hack Day on Saturday,
January 19th. Details TBA, but plan on spending the bulk of your day there. 

Team members must turn in consent forms in to Ms. James in the Attendance
Office ASAP. Please visit her if you have any questions or need a new form.

There will not be a Technovation meeting next week, but normally meetings
will be held in Room G200 after school.
