[BHS Etree] URGENT ADMIN: Back to School Night time confusion continues

Many people have been calling the front desk confused over the time for tonight's Back-to-School event.  The official--all-school event starts at 7 p.m. (Be in your child's first period class at 7 p.m. sharp.).  Some learning communities, however, have asked that their parents come early for an additional event. 
 
AHA has a potluck from 5 to 7 in the East Gallery.  Green Academy is having a potluck in room G105 from 6 to a little before 7.   AMPS  is having a potluck in Room H201 from 6 to 6:50 p.m. BIHS has told parents to come to the Food Court between 6 and 7 for a "meet and greet." 
 
All parents will be interested in dropping by the Food Court either before or after visits to classes.  PowerSchool help will be available; representatives from the Health Center; College and Career; BHS wearables; some clubs; and more.
