PE WAIVER INFO

Summer Waivers
Turn in your completed PE Wavier to the Attendance Office by Friday, September 14th at 4:00. The waiver must be signed by the same coach that wrote your letter. You do not need the Assistant Principal section completed. 

Fall Waivers
Waivers will be passed out at the mandatory meetings listed below. Students who intend on filing a waiver for the semester are required to attend one of the meetings in the Little Theater:

September 14th 3:45 PM or September 17th 9:00 AM 

YMCA orientation will immediately follow. NO exceptions will be made for missed deadlines. If you have any questions please see Ms. James in the Attendance Office or Dean - Daniel Roose. Thank you!
