[BHS Etree] SPORTS: Physicals due soon for fall tryouts

Fall tryouts start on August 13, except Football on August 6.

Students *must* have a doctor determine if they are healthy to participate
in high school sports.

Please arrange for a physical examination and have the doctor sign and
stamp the form.  Parents/guardians sign the form also.

*Medical examination forms can be found on-line at
www.berkeleyhighathletics.org

Click Important Links "Athletic Packets".  Bring the completed athletic
packet to the first day of tryouts below.
